Bio-S.E.P. will replace
Bio-S.E.P. will replace all the different products you now use. Bio-S.E.P.
is biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive.
Bio-S.E.P. is made of all natural ingredients. It will not irritate you
or your employees' skin.
Bio-S.E.P. will eliminate urine odor and the odor of solid body waste.
Grease accumulation in drain lines and grease traps causes a host of
problems including backups, noxious odors, and trap overflows into the sanitary
sewer that may be subject to municipal fines. Grease trap pumping is environmentally
undesirable and becoming increasingly costly as municipalities regulate
grease disposal more and more tightly.
Acids and caustics can harm both employees and plumbing while repeated routings
take their toll on lines and fixtures.
Bacteria, when used on a regular basis, breaks down grease and sludge naturally.
Biotreatment eliminates the need for harsh chemicals and rodding, prevents
clogged drains, lowers the rate of grease build-up in the trap, and ends
production of noxious odors.
Sherman Enterprises' Shurzyme cultures are USDA-approved
for use in federally-inspected meat and poultry packing plants.
A clean surface is an important factor within the food service industry.
Many times this is difficult to accomplish. Sherman Enterprises' is pleased
to introduce a new technology for this purpose in our Bio-S.E.P. Cleaner
with Shurzyme Liquid Microbes .
Bio-S.E.P. is a highly concentrated cleaning and degreasing agent that lifts
greases, fats, and oils from surfaces and allows them to be safely disposed
through the process of biodegradation. Bio-S.E.P., when used with Shurzyme
Liquid Microbes, will not only clean, but will also degrade hydrocarbons.
This will make a dramatic difference to the food service industry.
Many restaurants and cafeterias are forced to use products containing ingredients
that are extremely harmful to our environment. Caustic soaps, solvents,
and acids do little to help with the cleaning process and with constant
use deteriorate the surfaces they are meant to clean and protect.
Bio-S.E.P. will clean, and not harm, any surfaces compatible with water.
When Shurzyme Microbes are added, at the floor cleaning, this process becomes
cost effective in several ways. These savings include the removal of accident
causing slippery floors, offensive odors, and expensive build up of caustically
removed grease within drain lines. Because Bio-S.E.P. with Shurzyme eliminates
the need for almost all other types of cleaners, these savings are recognized
immediately.
Grease build up in lines and traps produce offensive odors and high costs.
Traps must be pumped and cleaning lines can be very expensive. Shurzyme
Liquid Microbes eliminate build up in grease traps allowing them to be pumped
less often. Offensive odors are removed and cleaning of lines becomes unnecessary
with continuous usage.

POINTS OF APPLICATION
Shurzyme can be applied in three convenient ways:
Grease Trap Capacity Initial Dosage Maintenance Dosage 100 gallons 13 ounces 4 ounces 250 gallons 1 quart 8 ounces 1000 gallons 1 gallons 1 quart
The initial dosage should be used each day for five days -- the maintenance
dosage each day thereafter. The grease trap should be inspected every third
month. If the trap is clear, the dosage can be reduced to maintain a cap
of 2 to 4 inches. The daily dosage of Shurzyme will vary depending on restaurant
volume, menu, housekeeping, and associated services such as a laundry:
Shurzyme should be used daily at the time of the lowest flow. Allowing
Shurzyme to sit undisturbed in the drain lines and trap maximizes its effectiveness.
